What’s Cooking? July 8, 2020

I love Stuffed Peppers but rarely make them.  How about this Mexican Stuffed Pepper recipe from Spend With Pennies to get started making them again?


Similar to a good recipe I use from 12 Tomatoes for meatballs, this has a few ingredients I’d like to add in.  I love meatballs.



Mom just served cucumbers in a bit of water and white vinegar as a side dish.  It’s good, but something like this Tomato Cucumber Salad from Barefeet In The Kitchen would be a step up.


I’m hungry for cake again.  Something light and summery like Plain Chicken’s Ritz Carlton Lemon Pound Cake (With a nice scoop of Edy’s Vanilla Ice Cream).
