Let’s start the day with English Kitchen’s Apple Pie Roll Ups.   I thought the recipe might use crescent rolls, but it’s pie crust as the base.

I can’t stop looking for the perfect grilled cheese sandwich!  I’m trying these tomorrow.  I think the shredded cheese and topping it off with a tiny bit of baking might be what is needed.
