Thursday Easy Chicken Fried Rice and Mama’s Cathead Biscuits The Rice was wonderful, though I did not buy the Toasted Sesame Oil ($8.00 for a small bottle, eek) and I used regular white rice. I really liked the Cathead Biscuits, though I cooked them a tad long because I was working the rice, which has many parts. My Catheads might have skewed towards dog head size…
Friday Amish Onion Patties, Baked Beans, Pork Chops Those Amish Onion Patties are so good. I used ketchup on them, just my preference.
Saturday Homemade Sloppy Joe’s and BBQ Chips The Apple Vinegar makes for a bit of a sharp smell, but the taste of these is just perfect otherwise. I’d never eat Manwich again.
