I’d like to be able to make my own tortillas. The packages you purchase just have way too many in them. So perhaps homemade? This recipe by Brown Eyed Baker looks easy enough.
I use Pillsbury pie crust most days, but have successfully made it from scratch. Still, I like the idea of a galette dough. I’m in fact not really a crust fan, so an open pie such as a galette is appealing to me. I fear I wouldn’t handle the “fluting” correctly.
