Common Kitchen Measurements

In a bit of serendipity, these great conversion charts keep popping up.  This one breaks down measures so you can see at a glance how much of an ingredient you need.  Sometimes a recipe will give you a measure that doesn’t necessarily add up with your measuring tools, or so it seems.

I feel as though some of these I should have memorized from some long ago high school class, and a few are in the brain cells, while most are not.

    I know some of these, but none of the liter stuff!
